Returns Policy

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase; 30 days starts from the date of purchase to when it is received at our warehouse
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and must have the original tag still attached.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition.

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit if the item/s are returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and provided that it is in accordance with our returns policy.

    • Royale offer a 30 day return/exchange policy from the date of purchase.
    • We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
    • Sale items are not eligible for returns.
    • All eligible returns will receive a store credit.
  • If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please lodge an enquiry here.

    Royale reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package with simply be returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Royale.
